The government is working 3 agenda to improve Singaporean lives and prepare for the future, said Singapore prime minister&rsquo s LHL.
1. Preschool education.
To prepare and bring bright future for the young generation Singaporeans. Government will strengthen and invest more for every child to have a good start in life, these includes to raise the quality of preschools and upgrade the profession of preschool teachers.
2. War of Diabetes.
The program to fight diabetes and stay healthy. Government has identified one big reason for ill health in old age is diabetes. Almost one third of those over age of 60 have diabetes.
3. Smart nation.
Government aims Singapore to be a smart nation by making full use of IT to create opportunities and jobs for us, and make Singapore an outstanding place to live, work and play. Singapore has more smart phones than people, other countries are using electronic payment to go cashless, building sensor networks to enhance public security and analyzing big data to improve public services. The government will invest and upgrade using IT as to catch up and go ahead of practical IT to improve our lives.
When I look at the BW board of directors, we found there are Dr with MBA and PhD in Business Administration, Dr with Academy of nutrition, Biochemistry and Microbiology expert, Board of governor institution, member of parliament and professor Chan Soo Sen in the team.
The company specializes in the development, manufacture and distribution and wellness products in service to many countries. Perhaps is good opportunity to develop or acquire premium products to fight for diabetes in line with government objectives.

n 2015, CSCO bought back 155 million shares, but after the effects of employee stock compensation it only reduced the total shares outstanding by 38 million. All those buybacks are just accounting trickery that executives use to boost their own bonuses.

We know buybacks tend to destroy shareholder value by using capital to buy an overvalued asset. However, that&rsquo s only half of the equation. The cost of buybacks don&rsquo t just come from the losses on overpriced stock, they also come from the missed opportunities to invest in growth and innovation.

Price at 1x book vakue = 14.2 cts
2015 Feb - Best world price is only 8.8 cts nobody want to buy

Same pattern as Noble group from high of $2,80 in FEB 2017( $28 - 10 :1 ) to 45 cts ( 0.045 cts) now
Noble has many assets and current price is far less than 1x book value. Ex chairman also bought big chunks its shares at 70cts ( $7)
to try to give the market some confidence
For Best of the world current price still at 7x book value.

If MS was the one that selling. How come they were always involved big times in the such drops? Were such trades legitimate? Or some rogue traders behind it? Legitimate in the sense that they are probably market maker or licensed and not causing it to crash like that.
