In addition, the NAV of this coy is only around 61 cents, meaning that it will be trading at around 1.5x PB at the $1.00 level. Lastly, the dividend yield is approx 3% at the $1 level, again, which is not above par. I understand the excitement when results are out and profits jump so much but it already has been factored in. In fact, Q2 results dipped compared to Q1. I beliveve that the coy only has a fair value of just under $1. Again, this is based on my valuation which I explained above. For the six-month period, net profit rose to S$382.88 million from S$59.08 million !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To stay out of mkt and wait for crash would make one miss the final leg up which is always the steepest and strongest, stay and use trailing stop will be a better choice, set comfortable trailing stop to get out then we will not miss the last leg which is the most profitable one. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	When analysing shares , there are many variables , these factors include market sentiments , Cross borders peers and similar types of industries will also determined shares prices , when analyse try to prices at almost bottom out prices using past records to substantiate thier forecast , obviously it is comfort to the ears of the buyers ,but are the analyist being logical and realistic , once a factor changes , the results may never be the same again and you may have to wait many years for another crisis . x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Well, thank you, will hold tight & will not repeat the same mistake I have made in the past when I let go at $1.08 back in those days & it rocketed to over $2.Very sad & painful to see it run after selling.Anyway have made a bundle & now got change to buy back below $1.08.You know, in the past I bought it at average of only 32 cts. Hopefully can see $2 again.Congrats to those holding. But Genting HK ....chia lat....Profit warning !!!!
