Thanks again SgYuan.. really appreciate you helping us out. Let me share some of my research too. After doing much research, three key points to highlight: 1. Multiple positive news reported for the sector: Gov to increase spending on public projects Nov 2017 - (https://www.todayonline.com/singapore/s500-million-be-pumped-upgrading-drains-over-next-3-years-pub) Jan 2018- (http://www.straitstimes.com/singapore/housing/construction-demand-here-to-increase-this-year-to-up-to-31-billion-bca) 2. PUB has awarded Ley Choon two contracts worth total $30M - a big % of Ley Choon revenue Latest QR - Quarterly revenue of $27.8M Public announcement - 2 PUB contracts in the past 1 month, 19.6M and 11.4M 3. Current share price is low compared to other industry players -P/E (TTM) = 2.41, P/S (TTM) = 0.45, P/B (mrq) = 1.46 I hope this helps all bros here! :) PS: I am about 20k vested in this counter.
