x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I think from last Rights issues, Keppel owns more than 60%. Although they have waiver not to have to make a general offer, it is now less than half as 'expensive' for them to take KrisEnergy private. Afterall, KrisEnergy can be profitable at current price level.
