if talking about another Chasen, I would rather put my bet on Loyz energy. O& G on the way back and this company should do ok from now onwards. It' s NAV is also expected to go up. See below. As set out in the Group&rsquo s announcement on 2 May 2017, the Group and Carnarvon Thailand Limited (&ldquo Carnarvon&rdquo ) had agreed that a payment of US$4.0 million to Carnarvon shall be regarded as final and full settlement of the outstanding payment owing by the Group to Carnarvon amounting to approximately US$31.2 million (&ldquo Settlement&rdquo ). The Settlement is expected to result in the Group recognising an extraordinary gain of approximately US$19.3 million in the fourth quarter of the financial year ending 30 June 2017. Based on the unaudited consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2016, upon completion of the Settlement, ceteris paribus, the Group&rsquo s NAV will increase to approximately US$49.1 million and NAV per share will increase to US$0.046 (equivalent to S$0.0644, based on an exchange rate of S$1.40 : US$1.00).

This company is a hidden gem at current price. Dirt cheap valuation. Now trading at support. I think in the medium term we should see 10c along with the enbloc fever and construction up swing. |
