Collective sales fever is spilling into the commercial sector as many City Plaza unit owners prepare for their first annual general meeting in years on Saturday, to discuss a sale with a possible price tag of as high as $1 billion.
Second Chance holds 17 units (City Plaza) bought in the late 90s.
If the enbloc deals goes through, Second Chance will become First Chance :)

Buy and wait. Trusts me. You will be rewarded handsomely. The only way to force a warrant conversion down the road is to move the mother share higher and faster.
Mopping up of mother shares is still in progress and the positive sign is Mr Salleh has progressively moved his purchase price bid by bid. Which company doesn't like free money flowing in via warrant conversion? But first someone has to move the mother share closer to its intrinsic value of $0.34 |

This is a 5 years warrant, and normally, there will be adjustment to the exercise price and quantity whenever they distribute the dividend. To me, as long as the share price stays above the exercise price of 0.25 ..... over the years, the exercise price will normally be adjusted (i couldn' t confirm as i couldn' t find the OLS for this warrant). Technically, i won' t lose out comparing with the actual shareholders if they distribute dividend (if there is adjustment), and i' m buying at a fraction of the share price, but if the share price goes up 0.01c (ard 3% for normal shares), the warrant will go up 100%. If the share price drop by more than 0.01, the maximum lost for warrant holders will be 0.009. With just $900 (100 Lots of warrant), i' m buying the potential gain similar to 100 Lots of mother share which cost $25.5K. But i enjoy the same gain as mother, but risk only $900 if the mother drops drastically.

he now holds 67.25%, total share 503,681,419. look at market depth (market closed), the sell queue from 26.5 to 28 has a total of 650 lots... Sell price Sell vol 26.5ct 290 shares 27ct 160 shares 27.5ct 100 shares 28 ct 100 shares no sell vol after 28.

Slowly but surely. Mr Salleh has upped his purchase price from $0.25 to $0.255 and $0.26. The warrants with a 28x gearing (strike price $0.25) would be coming out of gestation stage soon. Any one tick move by the mother share will be translated to a 5 tick move by the warrant. If the mother share moves to $0.27, the warrant would be worth 2x current price :) |

The devil is in the details. Actually Mr Salleh has been buying the shares (about 2.5 mil) in the opne market at $0.25 since Feb 2017. But yesterday he has actually bought 140,100 shares @ $0.255 instead. With a 28x gearing, the warrant could be a ballistic missile if the mother shares move towards its intrinsic value of $0.34 |

Every 1 bid of mother is 5 bids of warrant...worth the punt. Warrant at 0.008 could be multibagger if mother share moves to 30 cents (NAV around 33 cents). It seems well supported at 25 cents (sharebuy and diretcor/ceo buying at this price) Must hold type.. |
