This shows that know nothing....1 to invest in mining coy u got to know whos the guy in charge... are they well known in the industry....
Go have a background check on Tawana....mark Also the lithium what alliance n tawana have on hands is real gem... believe it or not.. like i say 真 金 不 怕 火 。 real gold not afraid of gold.... You buy like its like buying share thats pre-ipo risk is low.....as drills have show good lithium grade... If u choose to buy after they start producing then ur paying premium....or market price then whats the upside if u buy then.... Good luck....

1. I prefer to buy into a mining company when it is operationally running with actual cash revenues and expenses (actual profits) FIRST .
2. For those mining companies on hype, I won't even touch them. 3. If a mining company on hype is so good potentially, why isnt global mining companies like Rio Tinto not making its moves ? 4. I must state that AM is not = Brex-X . But because I know Bre-X , I thus "play safe". I avoid mining companies "on hype" . I mean for the past few months....if we dont innovate.... SG will lose out eventually....we had not been supporting EV like other countries.... think gov should change.... so far EV charging bay on car park can be found in MArina bay sand... i think gov should start project on EV charging station on car park

AMAL is AMAL, TAWANA is TAWANA. So far their only connection is the bald hill project. AMAL definitely has upper hand as they are the mine owner. AMAL share holders should be happy to see anything favors AMAL. As for TAWANA, how their share price performs ,whether they can raise money and at what price, that' s something TAWANA' s share holders should worry about. Enjoy the long weekend! "AMAL" is an Australian company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. It owns the mining rights in the Bald Hill Tantalum Mine in Western Australia. The mine also has high-grade lithium spodumene.
Tawana is an Australian lithium explorer with a spodumene mine in The Republic of Namibia, Africa, as well as owning Lithco. Lithco is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tawana and has a 50% earn-in share of the lithium only at the Bald Hill mine. On April 20, Burwill Commodity Limited (("BCL")), a wholly owned subsidiary of Burwill Holdings Limited, "entered into exclusive lithium concentrate Offtake Agreements with Lithco, AMAL, and Tawana, respectively, pursuant to which, BCL will advance by installments AUD25,000,000 in exchange for exclusive selling rights to the lithium concentrate flowing from the Bald Hill Project in Western Australia for a five-year term and pre-emptive rights to the same for subsequent five years." "Starting from February 2018, BCL shall, in the first two years, purchase an aggregate of at least 200,000 dry metric tonnes of high-grade lithium concentrate at a fixed price, worth approximately USD200,000,000." My conclusion of the above is that AMAL/Tawana have secured an excellent 5 + 5 year binding off-take agreement of a minimum 100ktpa spodumene at a fixed price of USD1,000/t. Great achievement and the highest priced spodumene contract so far, eclipsing Galaxy's record USD 905/t earlier in the year. Both AMAL and Tawana stock prices have tripled in the past 2-3 months. Proves once again how strong lithium demand is right now.
