I bought earlier so still holding and can understand the sinking feeling ha ha. Will buy more on dips....but at this level not adding yet. Cannot buy on contra.....DYODD

( source: edge malaysia ) Though UE assets are of quality freehold , there is need for extra $ to spruce/enhance them. For those unfamiliar to local commercial properties scene ,it becomes challenging to take over UE and make those assets work from day one. So I suspect that the bids maybe competitive but may not be high. Also the sellers are known to be very hardball with the asking price......DYOHW
