By making sgx annoucement about "printing error" instead of going clean and say they are facing some audit complexity already says alot abt mgmt commitment to transparency. As i said before, most of high revenue is derieved from their "franchisee model" which the auditor cannot agree. This in turn result in very high "financial assets" or "equity investment" in their balance sheet. (Some 80+ mil). This 80mil make up a huge % of their net asset. Can u imagine what will happened if these equity investment require a write down? Of course ppl will come in and say we are shortist, spreading fear. Now, using your backside to think about this.   On 15 April, the reason for the delay was " printing error" .   If by 15 April they are indeed ready for printing but just got printing errors, that means their own auditor disowning their model is already a fact.   So Yuuzoo is practically hiding the turth about how unacceptable their revenue model is to their own auditors.   Guess which direction the price when between 15 Apr to 12 May.   The answer, in the direction to trap sotongs. Now for this FY, if Yuuzoo still " leopard cannot change its spots" , then look out for annoucement to delay AGM and Annual Report around mid-April.   Yuuzoo will only notify shareholder at the 11th hours giving no chance to those blur sotong to react but all the chances to BB or GEM to operate accoding to what they want. The alternative is Yuuzoo listen to their new auditor and turned modest which they kinda did during their Q4 reporting.   Since they are also going to re-audit their FY15 results, you can guess which direction those results are going. Don' t by the blur sotong here.   Stir fried smabal sotong is very tasty but you don' t want to the the one in that dish.   BB' s wok, sambal chillis, oil, all ingredient all ready to fry (blur) sotong now.  Nice deal or nice dead?   You decide.

But to the cheerleaders, they only see 2 points: 1) When mkt rally and YuuZoo not moving --> they said " BBs doing accumulation for a breakout" (seriously?) 2) During mkt correction and YuuZoo drop --> they said " General mkt in a sea of Red so YuuZoo also not spare" (seriously?) There are other good counters out there, don' t miss this period of Bull Rally.
