x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	GLP valuation is a blend of   BV and AUM to reflect the heavy assets ( development and sale like a property cpy) but also moving into a moderately lighter asset model with AUM ( base on discounted cash flow from fee structure ). So we add usd$0.40 to nav usd$1.90 ( latest Q3 ) to arrive at a fair target price. More importantly 1. GLP has high success rate due to support from sovereign wealth and long only public funds.                           2. GLP land reserve has resonable chance to convert to other commercial use which would unlock                               value for its land portfolio .                            3. Covers 2 americas , far east continent , and possibly europe   in future. All these said, the outcome is still pending and its an unknown......DYOHW
