CK will not let u cut lose if really end of the world for them Hug together and die Without any major warning. Right now Ezra kept sending die die die news but it is still floating. Allow retailer cut. Since when CK so nice to retailer? I am betting on this. Waiting for the magic 0.010 then see how it goes. convertible bond, debt to equity convertible deal, and whatever idea they want Fundamental chui Chart Chui Technical Analysis Chui Nothing is good. So there is a good chance my bet will lose but I am fine with this bet.

Could you help me understand why you are willing to bet on Ezra revival despite some much negativity and bad reputation for this company? Is it based on technical, fundamental or purely gambling spirit or something else?

Extract from Straits Times article " KGI Securities Singapore analyst Joel Ng notes that Ezra has been reporting negative free cash flows in the past 10 years, even when oil prices were above US$100 a barrel. " Ezra leveraged up too much during the oil boom years, and the low oil price environment over the past two years dealt the final blow," he says, adding that the group' s persistently weak free cash flows have resulted in a " highly unsustainable" balance sheet. " Ezra basically wanted to compete against its peers funded with debt rather than equity. I would say it was blinded by its ambition and the fact that credit was readily available during that time," says Mr Ng. " Given the cyclical nature of the industry, a healthy balance sheet will make all the difference between surviving and winding down in a downturn." " |

Ltd. (the &ldquo Owner&rdquo ), to terminate the Bareboat Charter with immediate effect. The Owner also made a claim to the Company, as guarantor to the Bareboat Charter, and demanded a payment of the termination sum of an aggregate US$194,499,500 (&ldquo Claim&rdquo ) within fifteen business days from the date of the Notice of Termination. In addition, the Board has been further informed that Joshua James Taylor and Yit Chee Wah of FTI Consulting (Singapore) Pte. In SG there are many rich people willing to lose money. Money has no meaning anymore. Having a trillion, or billion, or million, or thousand i no difference. The number are only recorded in computer system. That number has no meaning to them. Everyday they don' t even carry so much cash. When they die, they can' t transfer that number to after life. Their children can only burn kim chua, wishing him the best in after life, but in spirit he can only see his children, his wife, and his mistresses spend his money like no tomorrow. Rather than seeing this kind of treatment, he would rather spend all his money before die. This is Sing-ka-poreans.
