Next action: safeguard the 38.5-39 support level against the day downtrend from 40 and swing with the trend line up in next week.

That time they came here because Singapore trust policy can allow them to ipo more than market value so long as they commit a certain payout ratio. So at the end mr Li list this baby here. Due to this 'fantastic' policy, trusts all distribute a dividend what they are not supposed to give, end up no spare cash to pay debt. So how many trusts has burnt off? Shipping trust all gone. Like what EB has said, the follow up dividend is sustainable, i.e., shouldn' t see any short-mid term falls (unless another forecast citing another fall, which I doubt) already since the correction is (probably) over by now. Don' t see this dipping anymore, time to bottomfish

Again 6% is not a bad dividend among top 30 Sgx bluechips. We know this is a sustainable dividend since it is equal with earning. The cash generated per year will be more even they distribute 100% earning because we have cash from depreciation which is used for upgrading and paying debt. So nothing is wrong to be rational since in the past 1-2 years whose dividend are not dropping. I won't take it too serious on their 4th Q since result is Q to Q and average in 1 year, this Q may have more expenses next Q may be less. Next is cash flow, ok, cash is coming in. So global gloomy. I avoid to buy hph trust because they have unhealthy distribution which give more than what they earn. With such case, they will be forced to lower down dividend as expected since it is not sustainable and every time they lower, will suffer significant drop even though they distribute more than 10% luxury dividend. Now they adjust to about 20hkcents with about 6% dividend which is same as what they earned as per past 2 years. Then we know they will have extra cash for doing something else from depreciation. If market can accept 6%, then know that this sustainable. Price will be supported. We have 10days price supported. So now, who can deliver 6% among Sgx bluechips dividend
