Here a brief statement from SGX. Dated in SJ forum - Feb 26, 2017. Investors will get to vote only on whether or not the zero-coupon convertible bonds can be issued, not on the issuance of the 16.5% notes or the rest of the deal terms. Lippo, then launched a rival offer to takeover HMC after GW deal was announced, Lippo Grp - 18.44% of HMC, now abt 21.83%.

Just like IHC. Oxley give up their 37% ++ @$0.106 cents per share. (Note - B4 Oxley' s deal. Last major px deal stuck is at 0.077 cents)

Lippo Raidy' s n family total money to take over HMC is estimated $103 million dollars. Based on $0.042c. Statement from SGX announcement. So if at 0.044 to 0.045. Is about 2.5% more, based on takeover offer. Closer to closing date. Price may will becoimng more n more critical to Raidy' s offering, due to proxy play. Just sharing my thot on trading n takeover dealing. Happi speculating.

Proxy buyers is in play....offering by Raidys will have to up it stakes n prices if ir serious. It could be anyone, BBs (BBs less than 5%) with more than enough deep pocket. :)

Current trading at 0.044 to 0.045. Raidy' s n LCR thorugh GENTLE CARE P/L shr offering is at 0.042c. What you think..?. GW is ready to, is preparing to transfer cash on March 9, 2017 (offical date). Note conversion price for GW fund is 0.03384. If I' m not worng. |

The latest is IHC. Their other counters include OUE, OUE HT, OUE Commercial Reit, Lippo Reit, First Reit... are some of their holding in SGX. They hold are $15 billion investment

Sure hope Lippo will be successful in taking over Healthway. They pumped in 12mil since 28 Dec. So far, haven' t seen any Lippo controlled coy that is trading at this kind of pricing. |
