She say meaning if company naver take gateway $70m money, will bankrupt. So ah long interest also got no choice. Just take first. SGX must investigate directors properly. They lose company money now shareholders must pay for their mistake. How can? The Board will reassess the Company&rsquo s ability to continue as a going concern as and when the Offer becomes unconditional, and will keep Shareholders updated as and when there are any material updates in relation to the aforementioned. She say if company take gateway money $70m and then Lippo takeover pass 50% means company must pay back gateway in 30 days   $70m + 25% redemption premium + 16.5% interest for 2 year is more than $100m. First Lippo must buy share in company. Buy price $103m. If 50% = $51.5m. Then buy already must pump some more money to pay gateway? Extra $100m. After pay gateway must pump some more money to company. How much? Company say want to use 40% x $70m = $28m? Like that become super expensive for Lippo. Total more than $180m. One share more than 7.3 cent. Still want to do? Gateway shiok. 9 March lend $70m. Lippo VGO finish 28 March can collect $100m++. One month two month can make $30m. Super ah long. If company no money to pay than give to gateway or close shop.     The Board wishes to assure Shareholders that it has been using and will continue to use its best efforts to ensure that the Company remains as a going concern. One announcement so many times can say going concern/bankrupt. You think Lippo still want to buy bankrupt company? Lippo naver change VGO price 4.2 cent is below market price. Serious or not? Broker friend say if SIC naver give gateway whitewash waiver gateway must make MGO 3.3 cent but two years more &ndash 9 March 2019. Two choice also lousy. MGO 3.3 cent so low and so late. I think don&rsquo t take VGO 4.2 cent. Better sell to market 4.5 cent. Make little never mind. Don&rsquo t lose important.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The buy queue 0.042 -382000lots 0.043 - 26608 lots 0.044 - 5670 lots So early in the offer, the buy queue is already 2 PIPs above the offer ... it' ll be hard for shareholders to accept 0.042. Very likely they will need to revise the offer ... unless gateway will accept this price .. which will give Lippo more than 50%. But if Gateway wishes to fight off Lippo ... we will see a fight to gain control.

Since they have made the offer even though they know the current issues, they are serious in controlling this coy, and they will mostly likely try to get above 50%. There is always a high possibility that they might revise the offer to get above 50%. Even if they manage to get 50% at the current offer price of 0.042 .... a Healthway with Lippo backing is much much stronger that the current boards who will loan out huge amount and then write-off as impairment. Either way, i feel it' s good news for Healthway. Just look at IHC ... they made known their presence when the price was hovering around 0.06+ .... and the current price is above 0.1. Buy now.... the risk is only 0.002~ 0.003c (offer price at 0.042), but the upside could reach 0.06 or more. Worst case scenario .... sell back to Lippo at 0.042 (the current buy queue at 0.042 is 380000lots.
