I am not a Gurus , but personnally I think if you can hold then hold on and see how it goes . Because you got a very high price during this time . For long term ( more than 1 Year) this stock should appreciate greatly . Personally I don' t think this counter will go privatisation as company always like to spread /reduce their risk appetite therefore will continue using public money . Unless they have a plan to turn this company to a cash cow company . This is my personal point of view .DYODD

I am guessing who ever is controlling this stock, is forcing weak holders out. T+5 approaching for contra, expect to see higher volume in coming days. |

Can hold? as lippo offer is at 0.042. Now is only 2 pips risk. Plus if Lippo take over, bet it will definitely re-structure it and make it profitable.

Got abut more today. The risk is just 3 Pips. Lipping knew the problem before they made the offer... meaning they are serious in taking over. Once an offer is made... they cannot withdrawn without approval from authority. Let' s see if there are further development... |

Anyways, just a thought. After hearing the bad news on the Party A loans, News Articles, SGX asking to auditing committee of HWM to appoint an independent financial adviser. It got me thinking quite a bit.
Was thinking the worst case scenario - lippo had no idea of the above and what if they withdraw the offer? But now, it seems even more certain that lippo is going full throttle to take control of HWM and most importantly, that they were aware of the issues but yet still decided to hop on. This, to me a renewed Boat of confidence because there is no way lippo can become controlling shareholders at offer price of $0.042. Therefore, I beckon what's next. It's anyone's Guess but at least the worst fears of a withdrawing are over. |
