x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	offer for takeovers comes with .. 1..conditional take over...over 50%..if below may not take out shares offered.. 2. unconditional...accept what ever amount tendered.or .after item 1..over 50% offeror will declare unconditional offer 2. delisting ..total shares over 90% or less than 200 shareholders..in thatcase sgx will give notice 3 months to increase sharholders.   for offer of just 1 pip over last traded price is a bloody joke..ie not serious offer.. this only happens  when any party trigered the take over when their total holdings breaches the 30% rule..so this is go through motion offer.. i dont expect the offer to be sucessful.. teeth53      ( Date: 07-Feb-2017 23:24) Posted: I doubt many wanting to sell at 4.2 cents to Lippo.
