" M1,   came on the back of a 10.3 per cent drop in revenue to S$249.1 million, from S$277.6 million one year ago." M1 is losing telco market share, fast. Cheaper plan and service staff very helpful, think starhub service also good. reason is being service was too lousy and too demand for $$, remember that time when contract ended make appt for installation, before a few days found that have hospital appt, so called to change appt, 1 lady answered the call and said changed appt have to pay extra $53++, not sure anyone came across this type of service. mintyorange      ( Date: 19-Nov-2016 01:39) Posted: Switched to M1 fibre and mobile plans after being a Singtel customer for so long. Reasons are M1 has so much better signal coverage in the areas i am at and offering cheaper plans. Reasons are M1 has so much better signal coverage in the areas i am at and offering cheaper plans. The frustrations with singtel poor signals and customer service were unbearable :( However i dont hold any M1 shares.
