Frankly speaking, the before and after election of trump paints a different story. The hard man is soothing down. Will it melt will depend on how he play his game. Alot of funds was poured into EM for the past years and a meltdown will cause a chaos to the world. At this point, his backing of rich ppl behind him will not allow so i guess. At the moment, just vest with confident. |

I expect the enactment of the condonium law allowing foreigners to buy in Dec to be the trigger for the next move up. Since BBs use this to sell down, expect something to reverse up like the brexit case. |

I like your steadfast belieft. There are only 2 stocks i like DBS and Yoma. I like Yoma but it is a stock that can have wild fluctuation due to BBs playing the game.But i guess if you are holding for long term, the volatility does not matter to you. |

In my opinion,come 2017,YOMA has more potential to grow and generate more profit for the sales of its condominium when the Condominium law are released in Dec.,especially for foreign buyers.Also,not forgetting its other businesses such as KFC,Automotive sectors,Landmark Development.l'm vested since 2012.

Yoma aims to diversify its earnings base and derive 50% of revenue from non-property sources by FY20. Goh believes its KFC business is set to attain critical mass and break even at the EBIT level from FY17E onwards, with a target of 12 outlets by end-FY17. As for the automotive busines, increased adoption of mechanisation in the agriculture segment and growth in the construction sector should boost revenue from agriculture and equipment vehicle sales. Goh says key catalyst for the stock would be further clarity on the Condo Law while the government is also expected to unveil a raft of detailed regulations and procedures by December. Other catalysts include signing up new franchisee or distributorship licences in its F&B and automotive businesses. ?We initiate coverage with a 12-month TP of SGD0.73, based on a 30% discount to our SOTP valuation of SGD1.04,? says the analyst, ?Our SOTP includes the present value of residential sales, the revaluation of its undeveloped land bank and investment properties, as well as ascribing earnings multiples to its other businesses.
