x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	U made a very pertinent pt.  But I suspect that part of the time when px was being pressed down was when people might already have known that something was cooking n deliberately forcing down px to buy cheap, maybe helped by  posts even here talking down the stock.  Fact though is that, if we have been following  recent developments of Vard, we wld have been fully aware that  it has for sometime already  been  working hard  to re-invent itself.      Those who got scared by the cheap talk n pooly done research, sad.    But those of us who had done our own homework wld have known that we were buying into a potential gem, n wld not have been  bothered by such garbage as potential insolvency,  unsustainable Norweigian wages, brutal industry climate, etc, etc.  In the final analysis though, the ultimate winner is surely the ah gong who had originally bought in at a high px but now opportunistically swooping down like a vulture, exploiting  the ridiculous px  in this limbo mkt.  Sorry, friends, they are not gonna share their re-invention of Vard with us, are they? x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	VARD got short almost everyday and for this year beside the first few days of the year where price hit over 24cts, it was mostly below 24cts.   Whoever short this coy within this year and still got open position will be covering their asses tml. So at least two factors that might bring price over 24cts.   Short covering or BB who wants a better price and got ammo to do it.   See price action tml!

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Yes. They only offer to buy at 0.24. You can dun sell. They can buy and collect the share   in open mkt tmrw as they need to secure a min percentage in order to delist vard.  Hope to see the price move up tmrw so they hve to increase the offer price. Dun sell to them cheap.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	In my opinion - not wise to sell or to accept the offer.   ( and i believe alot will share the same feelings as me ) 1. as shown in the past takeover offers, the offer price will always revise upwards. 2. (this is something very simple i wanna highlight out) as shown in their recent order book, 2016 has 16, 2017 has 17, 2018 has 17. this is a clear sign that business will only be better, at least till 2018, as year 2018 has already outperformed in terms of orders being secured, comparing to previous years. with this coupled with the clear signs of reducing losses as shown in the recent quartely report its damn obvious that its gonna be in the green in the next quartely report. they are just using this chance to take back the company at a cheap price. Feel free to correct me if im wrong, please do your own homework before investing.
