Their US$710mil project was to commerce in first quarter in 2015.  They only discuss about delay in June 2016.  So the project has been sitting for 1.5 years doing nothing and Market was aware about it.  And the company spent about US$2mil on something which they haven' t even started yet. Their kaizen 4000 vessel was mean for a Vietnam project which has been terminated and the company did not reveal it as well. Bottomline Swiber has been keeping mum about negative news.  Naturally Market will be thinking what other negatives that wasn' t raised in the query are Swiber not revealing.  Is this just the tip of the iceberg?  You know how Market react to a company share price when there are uncertainties surrounding a company.  Even so is when the coy is already problematic.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Is probably EZRA' s fault.  When EZRA disposed of it asset, it written off 1/3 its values.  Now market got something evidence on the worth of O& G asset in O& G counter book.  If we appied -33% to Swiber' s asset, it is technically bankrupt.  At current price of 12cts market is only discount its asset by 22.3%.  The most market can applied is a 24.4% discount for Swiber NAV to go zero. So Swober got 2% leeway but the fact that there is a -33% figure floating around mean Swiber is in great danger!
