Dun forget mining is capital intensive and company will only make profit after several years of hard investment. Their fundamentals are very good compared to peer. Statistics and annual report can tell. Ppl can sell due to many reasons. There may be some insider trading Bcos of this, but that doesn't mean long term prospect is no good. If it is indeed breach of regulation, this announcement would have said it as this kinda news cannot be twisted Bcos not possible to cover up. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Trading will resume tmr.  Thankfully, a relief. It turned out that it' s not bad news afterall. Brighter prospects ahead for CNMC once granted the unlimited mining licence. CNMC has been profitable, good cashflow, recently acquired another mine. Low PE ratio compared with other gold/silver miners globally, low production cost vs gold' s price (which has already mapped a longer term uptrend track). All these were the reasons its price went parabolic all the way to 61 cts before news were leaked. It' s temporary, this Kelantan authority suspension of mining activities, and will be lifted once it has processed CNMC' s application for unlimited mining. Seeking unlimited mining licence is a positive, progressive move. A correction from 61 cts is normal as the price shot up too fast n furiously.

EVEN ON profit taking, it wont sink THIS MUCH Secondly, a sharp drop in price before trading halt is not going to be a good news. Obviously people wont give you cheap stuff when good things going to happen And lastly, i still cant understand even when now the news is out, there are some people still think, it not a BAD news.
