the ppl in this forum arev only interested in making $$$ and we are all mature adults, except one. whether gold rise or fall depends on what time horizon you are looking at. if you believe it will rise eventually, you can always accumulate on the dip. or otherwise sell to cut your loss if you think gold has no future. wondering why you keep talking about negative comments as though gold is your enemy. if you have lost big time, then just take a lesson learnt and move on. if you a a shortie, then just wait for opportunity to short, no need to keep repeating your comment here, our investment decision will be influenced by your words.

correct. keep our fingers crossed. let' s hope it is a good news judging from the number of days this trading is halt, it should be likely good news or any other news, but not news that say the acquisition fail. because deal that falls through don' t need to take so many days to prepare to announce.

your words explain why CNMC price down for days. The news explain halt. I guess the halt reason is the Pulai deal confirmed. No need to care the current bid price. We only need to care the bid price after the annoucement out.

the info published in business times is not really new, so no surprise to ppl who follow this company. at the moment, US dollar is strong and many ppl go into risky investment. gold price drop bcos less ppl interested. less ppl want to invest in gold, so demand drop.= bid price low |

personally i don' t think cnmc will be acquired by others. they are cash rich and already announce to acquire other smaller companies. no reason for big companies to mess up and complicate the deal now, it also won' t be asking for public funds to acquisition bcos they already say acquisition will be through internal resources. i think most likely to announce on the coming acquisition. |

may be like biosensor halt 3 days many people in there KPKB then price offered 80cent + or CNMC had accuired other mines Bigger mining Co are looking to buy over protential Smaller mining Co so no supprise if there is a price offer
