Ellipsiz had closed 1 cent higher at 37 cents earlier.

However, Ellipsiz' s  share price performance has certainly been consoling to existing holders. Back to basics, Ellipsiz is cheap in terms of RNAV ($0.7426) and has net cash in hand. It also has low historical PE, positive cash flow and pays a decent dividend. The substantial shareholder Bevrian Pte Ltd (David Lum family) is currently holding 28.06%. They have built up their holding by buying 100m shares from director/  the then CEO Chan Wai Leong (before the 3 for 10 consolidation) at $0.15 a share through a married deal about a year ago. In other words, the cost of this block is $0.45 a share as compared with current price of $0.34/0.345. As last reported, Chan Wai Leong  holds about 3+ %. In March, Kelvin Lum (son of David Lum) was appointed as the new CEO. If you care to check, there are quite a few transactions going on between the directors and substantial shareholders in the past year.
