YZJ order book is $4.7b. Just wondering why revenues will dip as much as 50% when there are still on going 4.7b worth of ships to build? Can anyone enlighten? |

It is the environment, shipping business is consolidating but probably will take a longer time. Go and take a look at smaller shipyards in Batam run by singaporeans. Their staff will tell you - boss didnt come to work for many months already. lol

I remember founder used to own a big percentage in the company. Just checked SGX, was shokced. Free float is now 91.65%. Means what? He quietly sold his majority stake to someone else or pledged to banks? These China companies are really hard to understand or read.... |

Took some profit first but also keep some just in case ... US up big big friday but STI no strength ... does not look good ... once US start to drop from this all time high then si liao ... So maintain middle ground so if it move up or down, can take advantages ... if no move, wait and go noble thread to poke fun at those Kung Fu Pandas while waiting ... |

Yes ... cheap sale ... but as usual other bluest blue chips like bank also cheap when this is cheap, so all ammo aiming on OCBC now ... banks move faster, once almost done with OCBC, come back then pick this up, hope by then still cheap :) |
