Volume is high today compare to previous weeks, looks like some brokerage firm is going to put up recommendation on this gem soon. Do not think the high volume is caused by share buy back. | ||||

No brokerage covering so no much action. Company buying almost daily this week, Looks like Chairman Chang wants to use company money to buy towards MTP. In oil and gas business but still managed to eke out profit growth, not easy. You want it to fly wait for BB and Analyst coverage. |

Current div yield is about 5.7% based on EPS2.65c. 2016 will see full recognition of Austin' s profit and we can expect at least EPR to add another 20% (note: may see another 5-15% from synergy gained thru MultiHeight & Austin Energy). The div for 2016 would at least be 1.26c which work out to be 6.3% yield based on 20c MTP. Current borrowing cost for Nordic is between 2.5%-3%, a credit to Chang Ye Hong who as ex-banker. Div Yield of 6.3% at MTP20c is more than double of borrowing cost of 2.5-3%. We will see more share buyback and management purchase till it exceeds 20c. In fact, I see management is compelled to perform share buyback till share price hit about 30c when div yield is 5%, which is still way above borrowing cost.
