Swee.. QT just clarified that it has enough resources to meet operational needs and has appointed Nomura as its banker for asset sale. The emphasis of matter is due to conservative accounting treatment for the lawsuit. And judging by the recent chain of events, tides are turning in the lawsuits. All nicely summarized in the announcement. Shortist, beware!
