INTRODUCTION 1.1 The board of directors (the ?Board?) of OKH Global Ltd (the ?Company? and together with the Company?s subsidiaries and associated companies, the ?Group?) wishes to announce that the Company had on 5 April 2016 entered into: (a) a conditional subscription agreement (the ?Subscription Agreement?) with Haiyi Holdings Pte. Ltd.
