x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	During STI' s Jan stock carsh to 2520, DBS was $13, Kepcorp was $4.60 and Capland lowest is also $2.82, Capland also dont have $2.60 during STI 2520 in Jan. If STI were to fall to 2520( which I strongly doubt STI will fall back too 2520 in the remaining 8 months of this year), at STI 2520 I would rather collect Kepcorp, becos Kepcorp also rebound the fastest, rebound faster than banks too in terms of percentage   1oopls      ( Date: 31-Mar-2016 21:40) Posted: better to collect cheap cheap like $2.60

But even during the darkest period in the global stock crash of of 2008, Capland also very swifltly rebound  to above $3.70 in that same year after falling to $2.40. Don' t think Capland is in worse conditions than that 2008 global stock crash period. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Although Capland' s share price every year got some months move down, some months move up but I just saw from Capitaland' s historical chart that Capitaland has for the past 11 years from 2005 till 2015, every year without fail for the past 11 years Capland will at least for 1 month or more than 1 month rise to $3.30 and higher. So any guess/views on for 2016, which are the month or months that Capland will rise to $3.30 and above? I also saw that DBS has a buy call on Capland in this month march has a target price of $3.70. And Maybank KE also has a buy call on Capland in this month march and hs a target price of $3.83
