Shale seems to be dying, and I doubt they will restart it until oil prices stabilise. Don't believe big corporations will dare to venture with peanuts as profits. Fall in oil last night seems overdone, just my opinion.

Production freeze stop over supply?  Oversupply of production is still on going even with a production freeze. So let state a theory, a production freeze cap raise the price and it will mean it profitable again to produce oil. All those oil company are going make a comback and produce a bigger supply.  Then again, the cycle repeat with the fight of market shares until you see a balance of supply and demand. As long as supply greater than demand prices is not going anywhere higher. So volatile is what going happen very soon if you see oil prices shooting.
