I share the same view. Pe is very high. However, the share price is not determined simply based on pe, eps, pb etc. What is driven the share price up in this case is the expected grant of direct marketing aka MLM license by China authority. This would translate to increased sale if thing goes well. I have to concede I missed this as I could have vested when the price was only 30 cents. There are confluence of reasons why I didn't vest but It's ok and congrats to those vested.

I not so sure abt this counter. Just looked at the 2015 FA the book value only 28 cts and the available cash worked out to be 21 cts. Maybe the order book very strong I dont know. But at current price of 39 cts and dividends of 1.5 cts, I think if want to buy I will wait for it to come down after div payout in May. Cheers and good luck |

Veteran, You are right. The company has strong financials and on the right track. However, with the volume/day we see, trading is quite sluggish for a profit making company as this. |

Tomhanks, can you see the quiet accumulation? it has achieved strong growth in direct sell for various countries, grow number of regional centre fr 56 to 79 in 2014, increased cash fr $31.5m to $39.2m that will support strong growth and div down the road and with direct sell license for on the way, where could you find a company in such sweet spot? Innovalues has risen fr 9c to > 60c now, and I see a strong surge in price for best world once BBs accumulate enough shares.

Superb 4Q. Cash went up to $40m, representing 77.4% of market cap. Application for direct sell license in China on good progress. Should steadily move toward 60c and then $1 due to small free float.

There has been strong growth in Philippines and Taiwan and after acquiring the Hang Zhou company needed for MLM license application in China, it doesn' t have much need for cash. I see BW will distribute decent div when majority shareholders are insiders.
