Well just sharing ma. maybe he didn' t know mm2 is not only in Singapore, but Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, and have brought in productions from Korea and US. And recently acquired Unusual also like have links to all the mega stars for concerts, in fact their numbers looks like a mm2 when it IPO-ed. And of course some like to chase a running stock like Spack, but that one no PE ratio to speak of.. loss-making company, + biz model for movie depends on Box receipts, unlike mm2. |

well.. the reports by DBS and UOB did a comparison of listed comparable companies in the region.. By earnings multiples it is actually the most under-valued. Think you can get those reports on their website mm2asia and see what to make of them and share more? if I' m not wrong, mm2 did have collaborations/movies with Eric Khoo and even the recent movie makers competition - but my investment is not predicated on an external party, more on growth, M& A, earnings and China upcoming productions and concerts, and the team

This stock is over-priced in my opinion. Singapore is no Hollywood or Bollywood. It is not even HK or Taiwan. UNLESS, Film maker tycoon Mr Khoo takes an interest in it. But I highly doubt so. |

Mm2 Asia plans to tap on UnUsUal&rsquo s network and expertise as a concert organiser and promoter for further growth. UnUsUal Productions provides audio, staging and lighting design and technical solutions for a variety of events. UnUsUal Entertainment has also provided marketing services for Hong Kong and Taiwanese celebrities&rsquo concerts. Mm2 Asia will pay a sign-on fee of $6 million to Ong Chin Soon and Ong Chin Leong once a sale and purchase agreement takes place. Mm2 will pay the Ongs $4 million in cash and $6 million in shares, if net profit at the end of twelve months is at least $5 million. If three-year net profit is at least $15 million, mm2 Asia will pay them $10 million in cash or in shares. The proposed acquisition is also dependent on the condition that the net profit of UnUsUal for FY2015 ended December is not less than $4 million. |
