You guess is as good as mine. bump up so that Placement Agent can find good window to sell the placement shares Thereafterm probably they will use this to short to 2.5 cents (as happened before) and bump up to 7 cents so as to do another divestment of 29% (which they fail the last time because the buyer chicken out). Like I said before, this company and its mother company is in the business of selling out. With this exercise, the Mother Company only holds 56.16% due to the dilution. Come to think of it, the Mother Company also has problem paying its Convertible Bond interest is supposed to be due 21 March 2016. Maybe use the new proceeds via this placement to pay.

A proposal to add 74 mil new shares at a price of 4.05 cents And the price now is 5.4 cents. BBs are pushing up the price first so that they can dump the newly subscribed shares at good profit when they are issued? |

Terratech has less followers now than Tritech at 2013 .... Terratech is less than 2 yrs while Tritech already 5 yrs+ at 2013. and prior to the placement, Tritech had annouce on 2 Aug 2013 MISCELLANEOUS :: APPROVAL IN-PRINCIPLE FROM THE SINGAPORE EXCHANGE SECURITIES TRADING LIMITED FOR THE PROPOSED RESTRUCTURING AND PROPOSED SPIN-OFF OF THE GROUP' S LIMESTONE BUSINESS these 2 anncmts move up the px of Tritech.

For the reference, when Tritech made similar placement on 12 Apr 2013 .... Announcement Title * PROPOSED PLACEMENT OF 75,000,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN THE CAPITAL OF TRITECH GROUP LIMITED (THE " COMPANY" ) Prior to the annoncment, it gap up 107% during opening on 9 Apr 2013, a day before the anncmt. you may have notice how Terratech closed @ 47 last thurs. those have 1st hand news have bought. most counter px went up when there is placement ! |

Downside is share dilution. N the brighter side, the company has raised over $2 Mil n a majority of it to be used for expanding its business. So believe it's a good news..
