You are right. This stock can never move up before being sold down. May have some cash flow or debt issues? If 4 cents also can't hold, it will go straight to next low of .035 to .037.. watch out for that..

Weak finish to the day. More chance of 3.5c than 5c....but glad of the optimistic view...if it races to 10c then I will be very happy for any small retailer that has hung in with this counter...but perhaps best to just keep this as long term option and ignore day to day swings....

Vallianz already mentioned in their anouncement it is for general working purpose. Let' s see what Vallianz has been up to recently. First, they set up a SPV. This should reduce their gearing for more debt financing. Thereafter, they acquired two vessels for US$21mil. 10% by shares, 90% by cash (US$19.6mil) to be funded by internal resoruce s and loan. Vallianz cash balance end of 30 Sep is US$11.6mil. Now share placement will grant them S23.65mil (or US$16.7). So lower gearing give them more room to take up more loan and share placement gave them more cash. I think Vallianz can survive for a bit longer. Now the reasons for the CRRC investment in Vallianz seems strange. Vallianz mentioned CRRC diesel-electric tech can help Vallianz to save fuel. CRRC said can Vallianz in-house shipping building can help CRRC to penetrate into new segment in the offshore and marine world. Now here the question. I thought Vallianz only operate ship and has not ship building capabilites? Vallianz current fleet isn' t CRRC' s diesel-electric egine so hwo to save fuel usign their tech. Aiyo, how come I cannot make sense of their strategic partnership leh?

Placement price is much below NAV. I tot Vallianz has very young fleets with good asset values? But I think it wants to be the middle man between China & Saudi as these 2 have just signed a deal of over $20 billions? | ||||

It seems by end of day the market not really impressed with deal...sank rather quick after initial rush and is very little support below 3.9c...I fear it soon headed to 3.5c if not below as people price in dilution of placement...a worry is they using the placement money for working capital rather than some productive investment...the investment does not seem prudent to me but I am just a novice so can naturally be wrong..just personal view but all can have other view.. |
