I bought a TV box during exhibition but I am required to pay an annual subscription to watch those overseas TV channels. In addition to that, those movies broadcast by youku etc. cannot be watched outside PRC. Thus, there is no free lunch in this world. If you do not belief, just buy one of such TV box you will know it is not worth it.

Nowadays, u go exhibition, u see so many sell koyok, internet tv packages so cheap, so many channels to watch from all over the world, where got much future for this kind of pay tv. Always dyodd, but my take is this cld be like flogging a dead horse going forward.

Book value is 86.94 cts (S$). If someone is eyeing to takeover, eg Netflix or Alibaba, will have to offer abv book value. |

Don't catch the falling knife . Their debts is extremely high. If they lost more subscribing member it is going to be ugly. Dividend may not b able to cover the free fall of the share price. Recent sell down could b a tell tale sign . Something could b not known by retailer.Trade extra cautious

Well, this senerio is created by the big player so that the small and medium term players will sell their shares to them at such a cheap price. Who says this counter cannot pay such high dividend? They have been paying such level of dividend since IPO. On the otherhand, On the otherhand, it is not easy to get a new TV and broadband licence in any country because it is highly regulated by govt? At most, this counter may pay lower dividend but it should not go bankrupt. |

The yield is so high 8.23 cents = 13.3% yet the share price dropPED so fast with hiGH vol.Too risky for such a high dividend pay out.Not likely to sustain for long term

Please do not worry if you are a long term player. I noticed that the big boys are doing the " buy & sell" tricks in order to press down the share price. This is to induce those short and medium term players to sell off their shares at such a low price. The management said that there is no material announcement on this business. |

I read the analyst reports said that this business is relatively stable and they are able to maintain the current dividend payout to 2017. This is due to the fact that they have fixed the loan interest rate by now. I think some big boys are trying to force the share price to rock bottom price to gain the majority share controllership of this counter. The share price of this counter will go back to 80 cents thereafter. Hence, I am not worry because I will still collecting the same dividend payout till 2017 and this price of this counter should be stabilised by 2017. |

Singapore, 13 December 2015 - Macquarie APTT Management Pte. Limited (the &ldquo TrusteeManager&rdquo ), as trustee-manager of Asian Pay Television Trust (APTT), refers to the three queries from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 11 December 2015 regarding the unusual volume movements in APTT&rsquo s units and wishes to respond to the queries as follows: Question 1: Response The Trustee-Manager is not aware of any information not previously announced concerning APTT, its subsidiaries or associated companies which might explain the trading on 11 December 2015. The Trustee-Manager will, in compliance with the Mainboard Rules, make the necessary announcements via SGXNet (if any) at the appropriate time. Question 2: Response In the ordinary course of its businesses, the Trustee-Manager and its shareholder, Macquarie Group Holdings (Singapore) Pte Limited (" Macquarie Singapore" ) receives unsolicited approaches from time to time in respect of the assets and businesses of APTT and in respect of the Trustee-Manager. Both the Trustee-Manager and Macquarie Singapore continually evaluate such proposals in the performance of their duties in the ordinary course of their businesses. The Trustee-Manager has been informed by Macquarie Singapore that it has received an unsolicited approach from a third party in respect of its ownership of the Trustee-Manager, and is in discussions with the third party regarding this unsolicited approach. The Trustee-Manager is not involved in these discussions. To date, the Trustee-Manager has not been notified, and is not aware, of any agreement having been reached concerning the ownership of the Trustee-Manager. If and when the Trustee-Manager receives such a notification, it will make the necessary announcement via SGXNet in accordance with the Mainboard Rules. The Trustee-Manager of APTT is not aware of any other possible explanation (including public circulation of information by rumours or reports) for the trading. So could it be the party interested in taking over pushing the price down since no major shareholder and significantly reduced their shareholdings?
