With oil and gas sector in deep shit now...they spent big money in the equipments and machinery. When time is good...all rent out and making good money but like now....it's a pile of rusting junks but they cost big money, so there is why has high NAV. Stocks are just like papers that can become toilet paper if anything goes wrong to the company or the economy.
