In that page u also get to see the actual asset value of NOL other than the official NAV which normally refer to cash holding. From that we know NOL asset value is worth over S$5.5B, total asset - total debt = total net asset value. Anyway asset value might change so it just a guide line, just like APLL can fetch a whopping 5X valuation over it initial start up capital of US250M, anything go.
