I don?t think it is any more unknown watches. Demand for watches.com is already created through the word e-commerce stores and websites and apps. Just Google and search for your watches.com and you will know the volumes of growth expected ahead. Anyway Ntegrator went down all the way and has taken a new form with old business still in vogue

Yeah it?s time to absorb and add and wait for another 1-3 months till the next few orders quoted by them are in pipeline to mature into new orders and contracts. The world is going digital and in this digital world this company has good working relations with big telecom giants in the region. Just keep adding and sell at 5 cents . I had added 2 million shares between 0.009 to 0.013 before . I was planning to add more at 0.09 last week unfortunately price spiked. But I am holding tight will add another big chunk at next consolidation levels

This maiden contract of s$8.7mil is for 5G new generation tech only for orchard. I understand more are coming soon to cover the nation wide upgrade. Hold your horses I see this time will break over 3c and March towards 5c. More fortunes to come as the book order will pile up to exceed $S100million over the next 6 months

Singapore, August 25, 2022 &ndash Watches.com Ltd (&ldquo WVJ&rdquo or the &ldquo Group&rdquo ), an omnichannel watches platform operator and a leading regional communications network specialist and systems integrator, is pleased to announce that it had secured a maiden contract worth approximately S$8.7 million from a telecommunications operator which owns telecom infrastructure assets that supports the Next Generation Nationwide Broadband Network.
The Group was awarded the Orchard region of Singapore for the installation and maintenance of duct lines and manhole services. The contract commenced on 20 August 2022 and is expected to be completed by 19 August 2023.
As of 25 August 2022, the Group reported an outstanding order book of S$61.7 million. All orders are expected to be delivered within the next 24 months and will generate sustainable revenue streams for the Group up to FY2024. The contract is not expected to have any material impact on earnings of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2022. However, all orders are subject to possible cancellation, expiration, deferment, rescheduling or variations by customers. |

Why should I kid with you? Today added another 113k sold by a fearful person. I am telling you this is a simple issue no need to panic and sell at a loss. Independent reviewer will be apppointrd and when things are clear it will fly again. Market givers me an opportunity to add and I add. People sell in fear it is their problem. I buy low and sell high. Sometimes trade too with noises like these happening once a while.

SGX RegCo issues notice of compliance to Incredible, Watches.com over joint dealings
THE Singapore Exchange&rsquo s regulatory arm on Monday (Jun 27) handed out notices of compliance to Catalist-listed companies Incredible Holdings and Watches.com over a series of transactions that would result in joint investments and cross-shareholdings.
Both companies share a common executive director, Christian Kwok-Leun Yau Heilesen, as well as the following board members: Jacob Leung, Stanley Leung and Zhou Jia Lin.
In October 2021, Incredible entered an agreement with Heilesen to acquire 42 per cent of a company, Golden Ultra, for S$14.6 million. Prior to this, Watches.com had also entered an agreement with Heilesen to acquire 55 per cent of Golden Ultra for S$14.4 million. The purchase was paid via the issuance of promissory notes by both companies to Heilesen, who also held the remaining 3 per cent interest in Golden Ultra.
In a similar vein, Incredible inked an agreement with a third-party vendor to acquire 15 per cent of Gadmobe Group for S$3.1 million. Watches.com had likewise also entered an agreement with the vendor to acquire 85 per cent of Gadmobe for S$15.2 million. Both companies paid by issuing promissory notes to the vendor.
Later in December 2021, Incredible subscribed for S$9 million perpetual convertible bonds issued by Watches.com, as well as 10 billion free warrants. Watches.com also subscribed for S$9 million of perpetual bonds and perpetual convertible bonds issued by Incredible, as well as 1 billion free warrants.
In May this year, Incredible obtained shareholders&rsquo approval for the concurrent subscription in securities issued by Watches.com and vice versa. Incredible said that this is so that it does not have to use its cash to subscribe for Watches.com&rsquo s shares as a long-term investment.
It is unclear what the rationale is for this series of transactions and how they will help Incredible and Watches.com, SGX RegCo said, noting that it has issued both companies numerous queries over the past year. Furthermore, they have substantially similar members on their audit and nominating committees.
As such, SGX RegCo has directed that the audit committees of Incredible and Watches.com appoint a suitable joint independent reviewer to perform a holistic review of all corporate actions and fund-raising exercises announced by both listed companies in the past year.
The reviewer will assess whether these transactions and corporate actions were entered into on normal commercial terms and are not prejudicial to the interests of the companies and their minority shareholders.
Both companies cannot proceed with any of the announced corporate actions and fund-raising exercises nor propose any further corporate actions prior to completion of the independent review, and satisfactory resolution of issues raised by the joint independent reviewer.

Yes money will keep flowing in watches business world wide will grow to 76billion dollars by 2026. 5G business is much bigger and book order for Ntegrator will keep growing the next 3 years exponentially what is peanuts now is highly undervalued to the curent assets it is holding another 80-100% growth will be seen in the next 6 months just invest now when it is still worth peanuts and slll when it goes to 50cents to a dollars over the next few years . Ntegrator is still a subsidiary of watches.com. Watched.com will do well too classy uniques from hundreds of unique reputed watch makers. Just see how watches of Switzerland group pumped up from a penny stock years ago to a mutibaggger now. I feel watches.com will slowly diversify into jewelry section like Titan and Tanishq and initially should collaborate and stock up their collection too as a prime distributor for them in APAC and SEA. anyway good look to you you made the right entry at the best timing I have been with Integrator from 2017 and will still go long with them. As shortest here will earn nothing but lose in tonnnes. Just grab and hold whatever you can buy and hold before it mined over 5 cents in a couple of months.

Lucky, I never dumped and held on strongly and averaged in the downtrend. Now money just flooded my account in tonnes last week again after the 5G news losses all tuned into big fortunes as even after consolidation I was holding in millions . That?s why I told you all 5G will now only bring more and more money. I told many of you this company has been doing services for the big telecom services and need patience.
