......... continued buying by substantial shareholder very positive as they know JEP' s biz inside-out .... and buying at higher price is significant (new bench-mark set every time a new higher purchase price in the event of privatisation) and interestingly this was 85.6% of volume transacted last Friday. As December-end is also their Q4/financial year-end ... it is window-dressing time too ..... higher price can be reflected / reported in their (UMS) investment in JEP ..... so lots of head-room not just now but into 2022.

Impossible for that to happen .... JEP is a subsidiary of UMS now & has (full) control of management. They will not undertake such exercise as it will dilute their shareholdings in JEP ..... esp it has since " appreciated in value" from the different price-points they acquired their shareholding up-to the prevailing 70plus%. Looks like JEP will be UMS' s golden-goose ........ could help to ramp-up biz anytime ..... so the only-way is up in the near/medium-term.
