x 0 		The philips report is impressive as it is comprehensive.
Just that it cannot capture the political situation there. Business is certainly legit. But doing business in a highly volatile and corrupt environment is challenging as well as frustrating. No wonder its been losses all the way since the military took over the government.

Very hard to turn around company at the moment. And shortist take advantage of that. Short term players only for this one.

x 0 		Can hold for long term really if you think that it will rise to 80 cents again like more than 10 years ago.

For me, I just write off this investment if I held any. Cannot depend on this for my final expenses.
