Been doing that and resume DCA today. Will continue as long as it drop another 3-4cts from my last buy. Bo bian, but lucky still have cash bullets, worst case cash out those high yield savings accts, sell off sbb or astrea

GO= general offer aka delist offer genM only 1.1x nta due to debt, genS might get better price Currently what i seeing is flushing out weak holder . It make more sense to delist and save $480m annually. Lim could use saving to reduce debt burden on genm

They bb post market closed , retail can never outsmart them. But i waiting to see if lim move or not. 1q result alrdy tell us it take time to return genS back to norm profitability. Lot of retail shares are in cpf acct so a good offer most likely would pass

The SS in this counter are very shrewd. They buy up 1 or 2 bids then sell down 3 to 4 bids. Don' t get play out by them.

Old lim fail at genM delist cos news leak on NY casino licence. He might attempt a second GO on genS as it is a fat cash cow. genS operating cash with debt can fund RWS2.0 without touching the free cash pile

He need to buy 5.8b shares back. Depending on premium given to nta. Anything from $4.4b to $4.7b if u throw in free cash pile $3.2b $0.5b receivable Maybe only $1-1.2b similar to what he paid for genm 25%

JurongW      ( Date: 13-May-2026 16:08) Posted:

Have u calculated how much money he need to fork out to delist the remaining shares he does not own?

GenS always see skyrocketed volume after results released, be it good or bad.
They should feedback to the relevant authority on the accessibility.

I doubt they can compete with MBS on casino business. That' s why they are transforming to more of a resort model to attract tourists over gamblers.

Continue chanting. Your chanting actually helps to push the price down for those who are bargain hunting.
