Thanks for believing in what I have posted thus far.
There is only one Atom99 and without any other names.
In Sep 2016, I started to take note of AMAL when they talk about Lithium mining.And that is where I started to read about Lithium articles, especially on Li-Ion battery for EVs.And as they says ...the rest is history.
Nowaday, It is really not difficult to look up for information as long as you are keen to find search in the internet.
It search me that why this Cindy 829 says that I post that comment.
As far as I know this Cindy 829 is a very new member and this leads to think he/she is just a person with many name in SJ.
FYI, I would not be posting any more articles/information relating to AMAL or Lithium in SJ.
Note: I willl rebutt if anyone mentioned me with ill intent.I have also learnt my things in SJ.Thank You.

why would they announce it at this juncture. something could be imminent. hope there' s some updates over the weekends or next week. to give this a final push.

there' s must be a reason, just that we can only know when things are retrospect...

Out exercising so late to this news. Lot to think about.

If a takeover then I not be happy personally in my opinion. If this baby going to $1 next year then it takeover now then we shareholders only get a portion of what could get.

If interested parties wish to buy in then depending on the terms and who they are then if it is buying in for equity at a reasonable amount (above 35c a share) then I would be thinking reasonable. If buying in cheap and then also with dilution be annoying. And if buying in then hopefully it a strategic alliance with either good vertical or horizontal integration potential, and the buy-in helps strengthen the balance sheet.

Any views? I still tossing it about so love other comments.

Valid point - how much is amal worth now? Given that we do not yet know exactly how much resources there is underground, it would make the valuation of the company extremely challenging in a takeover exercise. More likely a subscription of shares into the company.
