Overseas acquisition driving growth

ComfortDelGro ■ has announced the acquisition of the remaining 49% stake in its

Australian bus business, CDC.

■ The acquisition price of A$186m (S$196m), based on 4.6x 2015 EBITDA, is

palatable and should not be a stretch to the group&rsquo s balance sheet, in our view.

■ We raise our FY17-18F EPS by 3.9-5% to reflect the positive impact on the group&rsquo s

net profit from the additional stake in CDC.

■ We maintain our Add call on ComfortDelGro, with a slightly higher target price of

S$2.91, based on CY17F DCF (WACC: 7.0%).

it' s good to avg down but not too many times cos you duno whether the company can survive in future.

got spare $$$$ bank on those relaibale counters if they drop a lot and when market rebound they will be the 1st to cheong

I averaged down for a few rounds already. I first  bought $9k at 0.53 when price seems to be already at a bargin. Thus, ended up at this stage.

as long as nvr close shop 2 cents or 1 cent or even 0.005 cent is not a problem once the sector recover from their low of course Ezra cannot never go back to her old good time but half good time is till possible .

I bought Vard holdings at 26cts.
It is down about 50% already.

Does that explain why that there is no query from SGX?

Cry no tears for people like us holding to Vard, RH Petrogras, Rex, Noble, Krisenery ... Many more.
But STI is still above 2,500? Haha

i doubt RWS can do better than MBS ....

compare the crowd between RWS vs MBS , RWS really no fight whether weekend or weekday

moreover RWS gave away many free goodies i..e free hotel room , free meal , free shuttle etc and MBS stingy like duno what  ....

so in term cost saving MBS did very well yet profit still down by 30%

Recently smrt secretly sent their trains back to China for repair due to structure failure leh, you don't worry meh if the gap between smrt and lta are not close. One day very serious issue will happen Loh like whole train fly out from the track.
