I don't short shares. I have been holding on to this counter since ipo. I also wished it will shoot to $2. But I can't be confident I'd directors kept selling

Also depends how they obtain the shares. If the shares were awarded to them as part of remuneration package, they would be taxed on the shares received even if they are still holding onto the shares. In other words they may be selling some shares to pay for their personal income tax bill.

come mon, is normal for directors to sell. they might have gotten at a cheap price or need cash. and their selling doesnt mean price wil drop. in fact new group of sellers coming on board and once sellin end, price wil propel.. are u a shortist ?

Yes it happened everywhere.. Even AEM directors sold their shares & the shares are rocket high now. We cannot speculate but maybe they needed some cash for some other personal reasons... Nevertheless, they are still holding on to many shares.. Hope to see more & more upside for STA soonest...
