Chairman Ng said AGM 2012 :: Based on current live prices in China, the 10 million could fetch RMB1 billion, said Dr Ng. " So it means 2013, 2014 we will improve. In 2015, the result will be very good. Beyond 2015, we should have a stable business if we still have the same number of tanks and we are not expanding the business." If all the predictions and forecasts and annoucements made turned out as stated, this counter should be worth $9.00 instead of $0.009. Will the management cough back all the past BONUSES - clearly their management skills demonstrated thus far DO NOT JUSTIFY the fat bonuses granted by the very same management. |

Wonder if HK Stock Exchange would allow similar counter to stay on life-support for longer than 1 year. Taiwan Stock Exchange very promptly delisted the TDR of this counter after she failed to meet financial reporting deadline. Like some VIP said, better to pull the plug and die with dignity than to prolong the inevitable pain with futile and costly life-support. But then if the patient has RICH PARENTS who have deep pocket to keep the patient alive for reasons unbeknown to outsiders, they can buy time to look for the miracle life-saving drug. |

One would appreciate all useful advises from those with valuable information (especially from very reliable sources ) that help to avoid being dazzled by financial cowboys and magicians. With all the negative figures and hopelessness demonstrated ( the ONLY 100% sure thing about this counter = monthly expenses FAR EXCEED monthly revenue for the foreseeable 12 months = $millions of continued losses, and the management seems at TOTAL LOSS to come up with a tangible and realistic business plan, CFO/COO problem probably the proverbial tip of the iceberg. SGX probably is not happy and proud to see a counter with such performance/negative asset value on the MAIN BOARD LISTING. |

Seems majority of the management' s resources are spent on how to get new INVESTORS' fund to pay off OLD INVESTORS' DEBTS+INTERESTS+THE HIGH SALARIES of ALL THOSE " OFFICERS" . MUSICAL CHAIR GAME. SGX should take a DEEP DEEP DEEP DEEP DEEP look at their BUSINESS MODEL & THEIR BOOKS to ascertain the realistic chance of turning a profit in the coming 12-18months. The ONLY REALISTIC CHANCE = Debtors " pardon" the debts and DownSize the management team and look for RTO with solid sales and tangible profits. Continue her current path, investors have far better odd gambling at MBS/SENTOSA. |

Oceanus with such low level of biological stock and under utilized tanks etc MEANS another 12-consecutive-months of $$$$$$$$$$$ loss ( even with the $30millions " NEW JOB-SAVING INVESTORS' FUND" approved. Any NEW " INVESTORS" FUND basically is used to pay off the MOUNTING DEBTS and INTERESTS and HIGH SALARIES of all those " O" ( CEO CFO COO CMO PLO....). Her competitors in China have higher sales without all these well-paid " O" . Classic case of TOO MANY CHIEFS SYNDROME. |

Small investors should pray everyday for SGX the official watchdog to keep a vigilant guard to give a fair chance with a level playing field. SGX team of financial experts and investigators should monitor and filter those counters with telling signs of decomposition. One decomposed apple can easily contaminate the whole basket of good apples. If the apple is found partially rotten, cut the rotten part decisively and promptly to save the edible part. Leaving this partially rotten apple by itself, it is a matter of time before the apple is rotten to the core and becoming a breeding ground for maggots and flies. |

Last financial report showed their total stock in hand =SGD$6mio. Assume that they could sell out ALL these stock in hand at a MAGICAL MARK UP of 100% ( 70% of the chinese farms are closing due to big losses due to over supply , just for comparison). They could generate a sales of SGD$12Mio for next 12 months. EVEN at this 100% magical mark up for 100% of their inventory clear out during a difficult market condition for Chinese abalones industry, their next 12 months of operational expenses + interests expenses + depreciation expenses will still mean a NET LOSS of at least $1.7MILLIONS per MONTH. They announced to start buy and sell canned chinese abalones. Didn' t Oceanus have their own canned abalones factory before and they were selling their own canned chinese abalones before without any apparent success before... now they wanted to resteam the overnight leftover for today' s breakfast ? The canned chinese abalone market, if you talk to anyone in the trade, is overly saturated with too many sellers - a dog eats dog market : definitely not a significant profit contributor to Oceanus anytime soon ( surely not a whiteknight saviour for Oceanus at this stage). Love to have this FATSALARY job for just using magic mouths to announce BOLD NEW( rather recooked ) PLAN to magically boost the market cap by $millions hoping that the rest of the sheeps will blindly follow with more cash for them to " test" their BOLD NEW PLANs or rather to support the HIGHLY PAID ( rather OVERPAID TOPHEAVY management team who had all demonstrated their PROFITABLE SKILLS in the past so many years ! ) |

Just saw someone spent $240 to buy 20lots in an attempt to " support" the price at 0.012. And the MARKET CAP magically went up by a few $millions - you have to love this MAGIC SHOW of STOCK MARKET - better than SENTOSA OR MBS. |

This counter is alive only to serve the GAMING INTERESTS of BB to play magic against the meek and the gullible small investors. The HAT is empty and there is NO RABBIT ( they had killed all those billion rabbits years ago ) inside the empty hats... the fact that these BB Magicians relentlessly playing with the ice-cold corpse in their pursuit to suck the final drops of blood..... GIVE THE SMALL INVESTORS a BREAK, unlike the BB who have $$$$$$$ to fool around, the smaller investors are losing their life-saving to these MAGICIANS. THERE IS NO RABBIT from EMPTY HAT regardless of how many MEDIA GURUs they hired to camouflage the reality... and regardless of how many magicians they put on stage,... JUST ILLUSIONS .. however some poor chaps will be parting with their life saving due to these elaborately orchestrated MAGIC SHOWS. Taking away their financial advantage ( they once had ), these cowboys cannot compete with the local Chinese Indians who could dance circles around Oceanus' s TOPHEAVY COST-INEFFECTIVE operations. Furthermore Oceanus as listed company could not possibly engage in the illegal TAX REBATE SCHEME that some of her local competitors are doing - meaning there is NO LIGHT at the end of the tunnel. THE ONLY VIABLE OPTION is RTO to restart afresh with REAL BUSINESS MODEL involving REAL SALES and REAL INDIANS and REAL PROFITS ( not magical paper profits of the yesteryears ).... For the next foreseeable 12 months, OCEANUS gross sales would be at most 30% of their EXPENSES ! |
