Recapitalize means conversion of debt to equity for Lph.
Which potentially means Rex holding stake will be diluted but at least company going concern is spared and equity at listed co level will be unscathed.

no hope. default to bondholders means bigger default to shareholders. only way to get back money is to sell now. don't hope to get back later.

As previously announced, LPH is engaging in constructive discussions with a larger group of bondholders, the so-called bondholder committee (the ?AHG?) representing over 50% of the Voting Bonds to negotiate possible liquidity funding and amendments and/or restatements of the Bond Terms.


The Bond Trustee has decided temporarily not to take any formal actions on its own with respect to the outstanding Events of Default whilst awaiting the outcome of the discussions with the AHG or other instructions from the Bondholders, while expressly reserving all rights and remedies.

Trade with caution.
I may punt some at this range. May hold and see if I end up being a Grab driver

Do you know what punt means? Let me educate you for free: It means high-risk, short-term trade or wager on a volatile asset, often made on a whim, gut feeling, or with little in-depth research. And it perfectly describes your style! Simply whack whatever number comes into your head.

Anyway it' s good that the market has people like you to create volatility and to go drive Grab when you lose your money.

Today due to uobkh report I think (someone said)
I still believe raising fund not difficult especially in this oil crisis. They are lucky to be in this strategic business.
Not sure how they are going to raise so much money. Will be massive dilution. Likely rights.
