No point speculating sbout the impact. Let' s wait for the notice of EGM. The booklet will need to show shareholders about the assets to be sold and the impact too.

Yet to read the news, all that are believed to be  referring to taking over the assets. What about the  fee to manage and run the train and bus services?  Wil those who read the news share, please.

Don' t even dream of SMRT gets delisted lah. In the new operating model to cut over from existing ones is government buys up all the operating assets and let SMRT continue to operating the trains/bus services till end of the contract terms with a lump sum payment for service rendered. SMRT will not be bothered about the " subsidized fare" collection. Fee is the guaranteed income, besides, if service levels are met, will be further incentivised. Of course, penalty for failing to meet. Sharesholders' approval is needed for sale of all these assets, EGM will be called in due course if the announcement is referring to this.

Unlikely to privatise. Co is still talking to some banks in China on underwriting Panda Bond to raise money (Pl refer to Co' s recent announcement in SGX website). Suspect got some plans in China. Again my 2 cts.......... DYDD

Prices are holding well and volume is about the same as yesterday. Euro countries is uptrend, if  DJ continues moving upwards tonight. Likely wil touch 45 tomorrow. My 2 cts...... DYDD

Ha Ha....... Finally Keppel Reit is in the lime light. It' s one of the best S-Reits outperform MSXI World Reit Index. If  I recall correctly, analyists are not giving good review in view of potential over supply of prime office. Not sure what was in the minds of these analyists. the prices are inching up slowly.

Volumeis still rather thin. Has not generated interest yet. Tried testing 45 but keeping at overnight level now. Will it test 45 and beyond, let' s see........... DYDD

Suspect those who bought from 32 to 34 after result announvement have decided to take profit first.

Oops... I think someone is offloading fast and furious. I guess their average is around 39-40cents level based on last few days buying pattern.
