yeah i kill my hyflux and get this as this looks like got higher change to earn back my hyflux lost. alot of broker recommend this. Q at 1.03 but did not get then got it at 1.04 going to long this to 1.3-1.5 min

A lot of Company is traded few times higher than their NAV, eg Singtel NAV is $ 1.42 but their share price is 2 times of their NAV

Honestly, vested many years and have seen it up and down. Point is can buy when it is cheap and sell when it is dear. NTA means nothing to me. I have also bough negative NAV counters, so Nta or nav is no big deal . It is whether the company is properly run and will be run that matters. Hahaha!!

0.875 is probably at their Nett asset value. Sound like really a good buy, it's like using $1 note to buy $1 coin and the $1 coin yields a $0.05 dividend. :)
