If you take $30K to play (1,000 Lots) every $ 0.001 increase, net profit $ 810 after deducting broker fees.
Of course you have to take the downside risk. But the risk is quite small.

Pre-operating expenses incurred for new shipyard ( Brazil Vard Promar) is one time & non-recurrence. It is expected as mentioned below! Revenue will be generated from the new shipyard after end June 2013. Prospect is bright ! Why so panic !!??

At the end of the first quarter of 2013, the order book value amounted to NOK 15.5 billion, up from NOK 15.1 billion at the end of the fourth quarter of 2012. The order reserve comprised 46 vessels yet to be delivered, and the aggregate order value was NOK 24.6 billion. Order intake for the first quarter 2013 was NOK 2.8 billion, up from NOK 1.3 billion in the fourth quarter 2012. More than replenishing the order book during the quarter, the solid new order intake was driven by demand for high-end subsea construction vessels.
In Brazil, the new shipyard under construction, Vard Promar, is on track to start operations by end June 2013, with more than 85% of shipyard construction – and more than 95% of areas vital for commencing operations – complete, and recruiting and training currently in progress.
