2 shareholders asked about the outcome of the Asiason, Blumont n Liongold saga n replied " unable to omment as the case is now is now in the hands of Court." . 1 of them also mentioned about the ISR price jumped.

I said in the past, any comments by anyone including mine are person opinion as all are like you and me, a normal human being. Take the advice and study with your own analysis and research. I used to believe these advices in the past and guess what .... you should know the answer.

It' s your own money, pay additional attention is your primary responsibility to your hard earned savings.

Numbers can not hide. Just check the average sale turnover per member. Even if 20:80 rule, 20% of members generate 80% of the sale, the number is still pale. Years back when the direct sale concept was introduced to SG, lots of people were involved and I am sure most of you might have in one way or others got invited to attend the recruitment talk or joined the sale team. How many survived? The same will happen in any part of the world. Novalty has woren off liao.

Remind me of my friends back then tried to sell insurance to me and our mutual friends. So many joined insurance firms and started selling to friends and relatives. In the end saturated some have to stop selling and find other jobs. Only few good one remained. Can all the Best World members make it?

I don' t seem to be able to reconcile the FY2016 and the 1st part of the press announcement. In the press announcement, it appeared to be on track to a possible turnover of US$225 million based on the some months' in FY2016. It looks like a projection of revenue for FY2017. If oil trading is so profitable, share price of China Aviation Oil can do better as result had been proven. My 2 cts......... DYDD.

Wow.. interesting company. Up so much,very strong buying. Business wise and accounting wise, no comments as i am not familiar with this. It seems like a replica of herbal life in US, right?

Whether a short report will be issued should be the question - This is the only real risk to trade this share, to challenge on their accounting and genuitiy of the business.

Interesting to note the drop of price to 0.38 on 15, 16 & 17 Aug and on 18 Aug, private placement of 26m shares were placed at 0.38 and now the price went back to 0.40......., placee is GM of Shanghai Western Investment Management Co Ltd from Jiangyin, where Vibrant is having government property development project. Co is also raising funds via Panda Bond in China of not more than RMB 1b in Jun 2106as well as selling shares in subsidairy which owned Cecil House. With all these transactions, looks like the coming Q report will be fairly interesting to note. Better prepare some questions to ask the management in this coming AGM.

Most of SG people are property owners, other than those who have not committed to any. These owners would have been informed by the agents or lawyer of this situation, back out before exercising option, buyer loose the option deposit under resale deals and 25% of the option deposit if property is bought from licenced developers. The S& P is contractual.

Yes bro, u are right.. this andrey guy comes into my Lian Beng thread and says bad things and spreading fear, then when i say LB has sold almost 100% of it' s development units, he painted a gloomy picture that suddenly all buyers decide to walk out.

After the S& P is signed, buyer can not back out anymore. Vendor can sue for specific performance to have the transaction completed.

Actually if the company scaled down the lendings, would have not ended up like that. I had questioned the management on the credit policy and impairments in the past AGM as early as 2012 or 2013. At least now they are focusing on the mass market with has less lendings. The management had in the past, lending money to gamblers who are actually enjoying lowest credit rating in the eyes of bankers. Will you lend money to people to win your money? What kind of logic is that?

Watch out for highly geared companies, ask yourself this question: When the turnover dropped, will this company has the resources to last and how long can it last?" . Expenses can be reduced, but debts have to be repaid. Lot' s of people do not know the differents between expenses and debt. Debt is something that you don' t pay, creditor will go after you. Use credit card to make purchases, the expenses will turn into debts. So use other people' s money with care.

This is my observation, on 17 Jun announcement, the sale of investment in Ascendos was completed. The gain is expected to contribute 0.71 cts in EPS and this gain will be recognised in the coming result to be out in Aug 2016. Higher earning is expected in the forthcoming announcement. Will there be higher dividend? DYDD.
