Below message on July 21st I had sense several positive changes, one was price action, as I
saw serveral days when it was weak during Asia and Europe hours butter the NYorkers took it up to
closed higher, again I have to look up my messages to be certain I made the correct 
recollection of my thoughts.....well, will update further when free or feel good.

Here' s another guess.  The Cheongs will use Hong Fok funds to buyback as many shares as possible before making the GO, if ever.  This way they can save a bundle from their own pocket.

Also at $1,40 - $1.50 it' s double the lows of 2022 and also twice the so-called " undisturbed" price.

Here' s a more realistic look at any potential GO:
1. $1.09 Mar 21, 2021 most recent high
2. $1.41 Jun 07, 2007, " all time" high (my chart goes back only 20yrs)

My guess, first offer $1.20 to $1.30.  After some outcry by you guys, raise to $1.41-$1.50.  At this price there is some justification: beyond all time high and only 50% discount to NAV.

Anything more is a bonus.  If it gets to $2.00 first pint at Molly Malone on me.

resistance or broke down B...just like A, was only delayed.
This is a down sector, see Medtec result. River has done well
already relatively to others, unfortunately so cant expect much
until or unless clean room demand can replace pandemic need
which is highly unlikely in the near term.

Spoken with someone involved in several GOs.  There is NO such SGX rules about company share buyback and controlling shareholder making a GO.  If the Cheongs want to chiong a GO, they can do it today or tomorrow or whenever.  However, in this case since the Cheongs are Directors/management of the company, I THINK (not 100% sure) the offer price cannot be lower than the highest buyback price of the last 6 months.  That is cold comfort to us since the latest NAV is S$3.10.
